1. Effective April 1, 2011, please include $10.00 for shipping/insurance for all orders valved at $500 or more. For orders valved under $500, please included $5. USPS over-night/insured is available for $20. We ship to domestic U.S. addresses only. Sorry, we are unable to make international shipments.
2. Full 7 day return privilege on all items sold less shipping and insurance, provided certified holders are unopened or tampered with. Please notify us by phone or email if you are returning an item. Any returns must be post marked within one week of receipt. Any returned item must be insured, we are not responsible for uninsured items that are damaged, lost or stolen.
3. All coins we sell are certified and guaranteed authentic. Due to various die states, striking weakness and wear conditions, attributing CBHs by Overton numbers is sometimes difficult. We carefully examine each piece and give our opinion as to the die variety. If an item we sell is ever found to be a different variety than described you may return it for the full purchase price (provided the coin is still in its original unopened holder).
4. Phone and email confirmations will be held pending payment for 7 days.
5. For payment we accept money orders, cashier checks and personal checks (checks must clear prior to shipment of item). Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted through Paypal for orders under $2,500. Paypal buyers must be verified and items are shipped to confirmed addresses only. Any returned items paid through Paypal are subject to a 3% processing fee.
6. All items are subject to price changes and prior sale. Please call or email us to confirm availability and current price. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to adjust a price listed incorrectly.
7. We offer a 60 day interest free layaway plan, with a minimum 25% down payment. The remainder of payment(s) must be received within 60 days of the sale. There is still a 7 day return privilege after receiving a layaway item, however a canceled or returned item from layaway will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
8. Texas residents will be charged sales tax on any order under $1000.00.
9. All numismatic items sold by Early American Rarities are stored in a bank vault. Items shown by appointment only.
